Reclaim Your Light Through Breathwork
A 90-Minute Transformational 1:1 Session
You’ve Spent Years Trying to “Fix” Yourself...
But your body was never broken.
If you’ve tried talk therapy, affirmations, or endless self-help books — yet still feel stuck in the same cycles of control, comparison, or disconnect — your body might simply be asking to be heard.
Because what if…
The exhaustion you feel isn’t from doing too much, but from holding too much inside?
The anxiety before meals isn’t “just in your head,” but your nervous system asking for safety?
The mirror isn’t your enemy — it’s a reflection of the parts of you still waiting to be met with love?
What Happens During Our 90-Minute Breathwork Journey
Each private session is a sacred container for release, remembrance, and reconnection — guided by Rachel’s trauma-informed facilitation, reiki energy healing, and intuitive coaching.
Here’s what your journey looks like:
1. Grounding & Intention Setting (15 minutes)
We begin by slowing down. You’ll share what’s coming up for you — whether it’s anxiety, body tension, emotional overwhelm, or simply curiosity. Together, we set a clear intention for what your body is ready to release or receive. Rachel explains what to expect, answers questions, and helps your nervous system feel safe before you begin.
“You don’t have to perform or do this perfectly. You simply have to breathe.”
2. The Breathwork Journey (60 minutes)
You’ll be guided through Circular Connected Breath, a powerful technique that bypasses the mind and connects you directly with your body and subconscious. Through music, affirmations, and somatic cues, Rachel supports you in:
Releasing suppressed emotions stored in the body
Accessing clarity, compassion, and inner peace
Softening the patterns of control, perfectionism, and self-judgment
Strengthening body trust and emotional regulation
Feeling in your body — not fighting against it
Rachel integrates Usui Reiki energy healing and crystal support throughout the session to clear blockages and deepen energetic alignment.
Many clients describe sensations of tingling, warmth, emotional release, and deep peace — followed by a sense of lightness and clarity they haven’t felt in years.
3. Integration & Reflection (15 minutes)
After the breathwork journey, you’ll gently come back to your body.
We’ll discuss what came up — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — and how to continue supporting your healing in the days to come.
You’ll leave with personalized guidance, grounding tools, and journaling prompts to integrate the experience.
This Experience Is for You If...
You’re ready to come home to your body and break free from patterns like:

Carrying generational, religious, or societal conditioning around worth, beauty, or success
