I’m Rachel Gossett—a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, intuitive Reiki Master, and Body Freedom Coach.
I spent 33 years trapped in cycles of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and perfectionism. What finally helped me heal wasn’t just mindset work or symptom management—it was learning how to feel safe in my body, to breathe through the discomfort, and to be held in loving presence.
