Monthly Breathwork Circles

Come Home to Your Body & Reclaim Your Light

A 90-minute virtual breathwork experience on the first Thursday of every month at 7:30pm ET — designed specifically for women healing from disordered eating, body dysmorphia, and perfectionism.

You’re exhausted from thinking about food, your body, and “fixing yourself” all the time.

You’ve done the things:

  • Therapy, journaling, affirmations, diets, intuitive eating books

  • You know all the mindset tools and “shoulds”

  • Yet your body still feels like a battleground instead of a home

Deep down you’re whispering:

“I just want to feel normal around food.”
“I’m tired of picking myself apart in every mirror.”
“I want to feel safe in my own body.”

These circles are for that version of you. The one who is so ready to stop fighting her body and finally feel held, nourished, and safe inside her own skin.

What Are the Monthly Breathwork Circles?

Each month, we gather on Zoom for a 90-minute trauma-informed circular connected breathwork journey centered around one core intention: Coming home to your body so you can reclaim your light.

Reserve your spot here

Structure of Each Session

  • 15 minutes – Opening + Intention Setting

    • Gentle grounding and nervous system check-in

    • Space to name how you’re actually feeling (anxious, numb, wired, ashamed, tired, disconnected)

    • A clear intention around the theme (ex: softening your inner critic, building body trust, loosening the grip of control around food)

  • 60 minutes – Circular Connected Breathwork Journey

    • Guided, trauma-informed breath pattern to help you:

      • Release stuck emotional energy held in the body

      • Unravel loops of self-criticism and body obsession

      • Create space for compassion, softness, and safety

    • Live Reiki and intuitive guidance woven throughout

    • You are reminded often: you are in charge — you can slow down, pause, or come back to your natural breath at any time

  • 15 minutes – Integration + Shares

    • Time to gently come back to the room

    • Optional share circle so you feel witnessed and not alone

    • Simple integration tools so you don’t just have “a big experience,” you actually know what to do with it after

What You Receive Each Month

For $44 USD per circle, you receive:

  • Live 90-minute Zoom circle (first Thursday of each month at 7:30pm ET)

Why Breathwork (When Nothing Else Has Worked)?

You’ve tried to think your way out of food and body struggles. But eating disorders and body dysmorphia aren’t just thoughts — they’re energy, patterns, and protection stored in the body.

Circular connected breathwork helps you:

  • Move energy and emotion that’s been stuck for years

  • Access layers underneath the stories: the shame, grief, anger, fear, and heartbreak your body has been holding

  • Release perfectionism a little at a time so your body can soften and exhale

  • Begin to feel what safety actually feels like in your cells, not just as a concept

I’m not speaking about this in theory. I lived with eating disorders and body dysmorphia for over 33 years. I tried all the traditional tools. I thought I was broken.

It was circular connected breathwork, intention, and somatic healing that finally helped me:

  • Release the energetic cords keeping me attached to old patterns

  • See my body as a home instead of a project

  • Trust that my healing was not only possible — it was already happening

Now I guide you through a similar process — gently, slowly, and with deep respect for your story and your nervous system.

This Is For You If…

  • You’re recovering from an eating disorder, disordered eating, or lifelong body hatred

  • You feel constantly at war with your reflection, food choices, or body sensations

  • You’re tired of obsessing over:

    • Calories

    • Food rules

    • “Good” and “bad” foods

    • The size of your jeans or the number on the scale

  • You say things like:

    • “I’m so tired of thinking about food and my body all day.”

    • “I just want peace.”

    • “I wish I could actually feel present in my life instead of stuck in my head.”

  • You crave a gentle, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to explain or shrink your story

  • You’re open to somatic, energetic, and spiritual tools (breathwork + Reiki + intuitive guidance)

This Is Not For You If…

  • You’re looking for a weight loss program, diet, or body transformation challenge

  • You want strict rules, meal plans, or a “10-step fix”

  • You’re unwilling to feel your emotions or engage with your body at all

  • You’re not ready to take responsibility for your healing journey (with support)

  • You’re in an acute medical or psychiatric crisis that requires a higher level of care

Breathwork is a supportive modality, not a replacement for therapy, medical treatment, or eating disorder treatment programs. If you’re unsure whether this is appropriate for you, please check in with your treatment team.

Meet Your Guide – Rachel Gossett

Hi love, I’m Rachel — Body Freedom Coach, certified trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, Intuitive Reiki Master, and mom of four.

I lived in the darkness of:

  • Eating disorders

  • Body dysmorphia

  • Self-loathing

  • Perfectionism and control

for over 33 years.

Breathwork, somatic healing, and spiritual support helped me:

  • Release layer after layer of shame, fear, and self-hatred

  • Rebuild trust with my body

  • Feel safe being seen — in photos, in my relationships, and online

  • Reclaim my light so I could actually live my life, not just survive it

Now, it’s my deepest honor to hold space for women like you who are ready to believe:

“Maybe I’m not broken.”
“Maybe my body is trying to protect me, not punish me.”
“Maybe healing is possible for me, too.”

In these monthly circles, you’re not just another name on a Zoom screen. You’re a real human with a real story — and I see you.

Common Questions

“I’m new to breathwork. Is this okay for beginners?”

Yes. These circles are beginner-friendly and trauma-informed. I walk you through everything step-by-step, explain what to expect, and remind you that you’re always in control of your experience.

“What if I get emotional or have a big release?”

You’re in a safe container for exactly that. Crying, tingling, temperature changes, memories, and waves of emotion are all normal responses. I’ll guide you with grounding, support, and gentle integration so you’re not left “open” or raw afterward.

“Do I have to have my camera on or share?”

No. Camera on is encouraged so you can feel more held, but never required. Sharing at the end is always optional. You can be with the experience in whatever way feels safe for you.

“What if I can’t make it live?”

You’ll receive a recording of the breathwork journey, plus the playlist and integration tools, so you can go through the experience in your own time.

“Are there any contraindications?”

Breathwork may not be recommended for certain medical or psychiatric conditions (such as severe cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, certain diagnoses, or recent surgeries).

If you have any concerns, please:

  • Consult with your doctor or treatment team

  • Email me before joining so we can decide together if this is supportive for you

Your Next Step

If your body is whispering “yes” — even if your mind is scared — you’re exactly where you need to be.

You don’t have to be “fixed” or “further along” to join.
Come as you are. Messy, scared, hopeful, curious, tired, numb, tender — all of you is welcome here.
